Beverly Howard... second Texas pin on the map.

I just found out that there are almost 2,000 deposit holders (I'm #477) so, the big question, "Where is everyone?"

I found this forum totally by accident, so, one question would be if it might be possible to add a "Community" option on the acrimoto page.

This is a valuable resource... In less than an hour I have found several answers and pieces of information that were not available anywhere else.

After almost three quarters of a century on two wheelers (yamaha, honda, BSAs, BMWs. I'm looking forward to a ride that keeps the rubber side down plus keeps me drier.

My wife, (who managed to snare a test ride, something I haven't been able to do in over two years) will also appreciate the lack of exhaust fumes that made riding even worse for her because of the GS1150's high pipe.

Beverly Howard (Don't let the name fool you ;-)

The AMP Grand Opening is less than a week away now! Who will be there?

They've said they'll stream Mark's remarks online, and I may do a little periscoping when I'm there (@Kepesk)

This thing is going to be a blast! Remember to RSVP at http://arcimoto.com/amp

Federal EV Tax Credit at risk
Posted by: AnimalCage - 11-04-2017, 02:37 PM - Forum: General Discussion - Replies (16)

Could be seen as both positive and negative for Arcimoto.

The bad news is fewer people in general would buy EVs.  Who wants to pay full price for a vehicle who's industry has, basically since inception, given a huge tax incentive?

The good news for Arcimoto is fewer people may want to pay full price for a Tesla or Bolt or Leaf.  They may start exploring more affordable opportunities like Arcimoto and Solo.

  Innovation Summit
Posted by: Kepesk - 10-28-2017, 03:24 AM - Forum: SRK Events - Replies (7)

Mark have a fun talk at the Innovation Summit today. He talked a ton about the history of the company. I knew they had had some tough times but wow! I was pretty amazed both by the number of times they almost went under and by the amount of dedication shown by the team (and Mark especially) to keep it afloat. They totally deserve the successes they're seeing today.

We also got to see some fun rarely-shown photos, including our first glimpse inside of the AMP! Really it's just a big empty room right now, but still, exciting.

  Lithium Mining

Interesting, if not somewhat biased, article on Lithium Mining...

I can relate. I've been to an Arizona copper mine. Was almost killed there. Story for another day.
